Search Warrant Executed in Relation to Missing Man

On September 23, 2026, investigators with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office received a tip related to the March 2009 disappearance of Gregory Bolin. Investigators followed up on the information and determined that an in-depth search of the property at 1509 West Utah Ranch Road was warranted, particularly in the open field behind the residence.
Investigators obtained a search warrant for the property. Given the extensive nature of the search, they formally requested assistance from the FBI’s Evidence Response Team. The warrant was executed during the morning hours of September 29, 2026.
During the initial execution of the warrant, an individual identified as Eric Bolin, Gregory Bolin’s cousin, was taken into custody on charges unrelated to the investigation into Gregory Bolin’s disappearance.
The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office can confirm that investigators have identified three persons of interest in the disappearance and are following up on those leads. Anyone with information that may be helpful is asked to contact the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office at 479-783-1051.
This remains an active investigation. No further details will be released at this time in order to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
